Made-in-East (including the PC site , web terminal, APP, mini-programs, etc.; hereinafter referred to as the "Platform") is a comprehensive all-link foreign trade service platform independently developed and operated by Nanjing Aiying Digital Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Aiying Digital Tech" or "we"; contact address: 15th Floor, Shilin C-PARK, Liuhe District, Nanjing, Jiangsu Province). This Agreement contains all terms involved between the user (hereinafter referred to as "you") and us regarding the use of Made-in-East related services.

I. Special Reminders

1. Terms in this Agreement that may have a significant impact on your rights and interests have been prominently marked in bold/underlined; you should read them carefully. Once you click to agree, it means you have read, understood, and agreed to this Agreement.
2. Due to the rapid development of the Internet, the terms listed in this Agreement cannot fully list and cover all rights and obligations between you and Aiying Digital Tech, nor can existing provisions guarantee full compliance with future development needs. Therefore, various rules, service descriptions, and privacy policies published or that may be published by Made-in-East in the form of announcements or notices (hereinafter referred to as "Relevant Rules") are an inseparable part of this Agreement and have the same legal effect as the text of this Agreement.
3. Individual terms of this Agreement may be adjusted from time to time according to business needs. Once the content of the terms changes, we will remind you of the updated content by publishing the updated version on Made-in-East or through other methods such as announcements. Please also review the latest "User Agreement" in a timely manner. In the aforementioned cases, if you continue to use or accept our services, you are deemed to have fully read, understood, and accepted the modified agreement; if you do not agree with the modified content, you should stop using the relevant services.

II. Registration Terms

1. Registered users of this Platform should be natural persons, legal persons, or other organizations with full capacity for civil conduct and the ability to independently bear legal responsibility. If you do not possess the aforementioned qualifications, please do not register or use this Platform; all consequences resulting therefrom shall be borne by you and your guardian.
2. This Platform prohibits natural persons, legal persons, or other organizations whose accounts have been closed or services terminated by Made-in-East from re-registering or using related services.
3. You shall provide true, accurate, complete, legal, and valid registration information, including your name, contact address, contact phone number, email address, certificate information, etc., and update it promptly if there are changes.Please note: Made-in-East will send important notices to the email address bound to your account (if you modified the original email after registration, the new address shall prevail). Such notices are deemed delivered when they enter the receiving system of said email address.
4. You will obtain a user account and password upon completion of registration. You shall properly keep your password; any losses caused by poor safekeeping shall be borne by you.
5. Your username, avatar, profile, etc., must comply with laws, regulations, and Relevant Rules of the Platform, align with public order and good customs, and not infringe upon the legitimate rights of any third party.
6. You understand and agree that Made-in-East does not accept any platform operators or their agents who have a competitive relationship with us as registered users. If you conceal or fail to state your true identity during registration, Made-in-East has the right to terminate your registration process or close your account immediately upon discovery; all losses caused thereby shall be borne by you.
7. If you apply to become a registered user on behalf of other natural persons, legal persons, or non-legal organizations, you represent and warrant that you have obtained authorization and have the right to bind the aforementioned legal subjects to this Agreement.

III. Terms of Use

1. You shall properly keep your account information and be responsible for all actions performed under that account. If you discover any illegal use of your account, please inform Made-in-East immediately.
2. When using this Platform, you must ensure compliance with national laws and regulations and the requirements of Made-in-East's Relevant Rules, and must not use the Platform to implement any illegal or criminal acts or acts violating public order and good customs.
3. You know and agree that the following information is prohibited from being published on Made-in-East:3.1 Feudal superstition, obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, terror, or incitement to crime;3.2 Political content against the Party, the government, or the people;3.3 Suspected fraud, falsehood, inaccuracy, or misleading information;3.4 Infringement of others' intellectual property rights or involving third-party trade secrets and other proprietary rights;3.5 Insults, defamation, intimidation, involvement in others' privacy, or other infringements on the legitimate rights of others;3.6 Belittling or defaming competitors;3.7 Malicious software, program codes such as viruses, Trojans, or crawlers that may destroy, temper with, delete, or affect the normal operation of any system of Made-in-East or secretly obtain data or personal information of Made-in-East and other users without authorization;3.8 Other information that violates social public interests or public morals, or is unsuitable for publishing according to Relevant Rules;3.9 Any other information that violates national laws and regulations.
4. You agree and know that you shall independently bear all responsibility for the authenticity, accuracy, timeliness, completeness, and legality of all information published through Made-in-East (including product information, corporate information, etc., in forms including but not limited to text, pictures, audio-visuals, videos, and links). If Aiying Digital Tech is sued or subjected to arbitration by a third party due to information you published, we will notify you within 10 days of receiving relevant documents. If notice cannot be delivered via the contact information you provided, or if you fail to respond within 3 days of delivery, or if you explicitly refuse to cooperate in handling the dispute, it shall be deemed as your approval of all subsequent actions by Aiying Digital Tech. We shall have the right to independently respond to litigation/arbitration and adopt solutions such as settlements; all losses and costs incurred (including settlement fees, fines, litigation costs, attorney fees, appraisal fees, etc.) and corresponding legal consequences shall be borne by you.
5. Due to the characteristics of the Internet, you understand and agree that information you publish on Made-in-East can be browsed by users located in different countries/regions globally, and trade may occur based on this. Unless you explicitly indicate that sales are only for a specific country/region, Made-in-East will not intervene in potential cross-border displays, offers for sale, or sales. In such cases, users must carefully observe import/export controls, trade restrictions, and economic sanction laws of relevant countries/regions and ensure they have legal rights to publish and conduct cross-border trade without infringing third-party rights.
6. You know and agree that for content such as text generated or synthesized by AI technology on this Platform, we have the right to add AI-generated identifiers as required by law. You shall not delete, tamper with, forge, or modify our AI identifiers. You must not use new technologies such as generative AI to produce or spread false, infringing, or illegal information.

IV. Fee Description

Made-in-East is not responsible for hardware/software, taxes, communication, network service fees, or other costs you incur to use the Platform. If you choose to become a "Global e-Station Customer" or purchase other "Paid Products," you shall pay corresponding service fees and be bound by the specific service agreements for those products.

V. Service Suspension or Termination

1. If you implement the following breaches, Made-in-East has the right to suspend or terminate your services without prior notice, without liability for your losses, and reserving the right to pursue legal responsibility:1.1 Unauthorized use of others' personal or business license information for registration;1.2 Providing qualification or registration info that is inconsistent with actual info, outdated, or false;1.3 Loss of capacity for civil conduct, bankruptcy, or revocation of business license;1.4 Publishing prohibited info or spamming duplicate info;1.5 Interfering with market order, such as sending unsolicited bulk messages or stealing others' accounts;1.6 Infringing others' IP or legitimate rights;1.7 Planning to sabotage or attack the Made-in-East system or network;1.8 Using viruses or destructive programs;1.9 Engagement in or reasonable suspicion of fraud;1.10 Other violations of laws or Relevant Rules.
2. Made-in-East has the right to reasonably judge whether you constitute a breach of contract based on laws and rules. If determined as a breach, we may permanently close the account and service fees will not be refunded.

VI. Dispute and Complaint Handling

1. If a dispute occurs between you and another user (supplier, buyer, or third party), either party may choose:1.1 Independent negotiation;1.2 Complaint to Made-in-East;1.3 Complaint to administrative departments;1.4 Arbitration or Litigation.
2. If you complain to Made-in-East, you accept us as an independent third party to make a decision based on evidence and rules (including account closure, etc.). We have the right to decide whether to participate in the dispute resolution.
3. You have an obligation to cooperate and provide materials within a specified time. Otherwise, Made-in-East may make a decision disadvantageous to you.
4. You understand that Made-in-East is not a professional judicial organ; we do not guarantee that decisions will meet your expectations and bear no responsibility for the results. You may still seek other legal remedies.

VII. Disclaimer

1. Made-in-East shall not bear responsibility for service obstacles caused by:1.1 Force majeure (natural disasters, strikes, riots, war, government orders);1.2 Power supply failures, hacker attacks, network outages, or government regulations;1.3 Routine or emergency maintenance and system failures.
2. Information on the Platform is published by users. While we have established rules to protect your rights, we cannot guarantee the authenticity or legality of all information due to the separation of the network from reality. You use the Platform at your own risk.
3. You agree that Aiying Digital Tech may promote your company/product information on all platforms or social media it operates.
4. You warrant that product information published complies with the laws of both China and the target sales country. You bear all penalties and losses for illegal or false publicity.
5. Made-in-East is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or special damages resulting from the use of the Platform.
6. Made-in-East may use technical means to filter information that violates the laws of a visiting country; this does not constitute a breach of contract.
7. You agree to indemnify Aiying Digital Tech and its employees against any claims or losses arising from your violation of laws or third-party rights.

VIII. Intellectual Property Rights

1. Made-in-East respects IP rights. You shall bear independent legal responsibility for any infringement you commit.
2. For information you provide (excluding personal data), you do not transfer ownership of IP or portrait rights by uploading them. However, within the scope of the law, you grant Aiying Digital Tech a free, irrevocable, non-exclusive, and worldwide license to use, copy, edit, translate, distribute, and create derivative works from such information in any media or technology known or developed hereafter.
