ZQB & HQB SUBMERSIBLE AXIAL-FLOW AND MIXED-FLOW PUMPS

High-Capacity Water Transfer Solutions

The ZQB and HQB Series are newly developed submersible pump products designed for high-volume water transfer projects.

By integrating the motor and hydraulic unit into one compact underwater structure, the pumps reduce pumping-station construction requirements, simplify operation and maintenance, and provide dependable performance under continuous-duty conditions.

Two hydraulic configurations are available:

ZQB Axial-Flow Pump: Recommended for very high flow and low-head applications.

HQB Mixed-Flow Pump: Recommended for high flow with a higher discharge head than the axial-flow series.

Key Features

High Flow Capacity

The optimized hydraulic design enables the pumps to handle large quantities of water efficiently. The axial-flow series is suitable for very large flow rates at low heads, while the mixed-flow series provides increased head capacity.

Compact Integrated Structure

The motor and pump are integrated into one submersible unit, reducing the size and complexity of the pumping station.

Reliable Underwater Motor

The motor features:

IP68 protection

Class F insulation

Built-in temperature-sensitive components

Dynamically balanced rotor

Cooling by the surrounding pumped liquid

Leakage and Temperature Protection

A leakage-detection device monitors accidental water ingress and provides additional motor protection. Thermal elements installed in the stator help prevent damage caused by overheating.

Durable Sealing System

High-quality mechanical seals provide reliable sealing performance with low mechanical loss.

Flexible Hydraulic Performance

Different blade installation angles are available. The required blade angle, motor power and operating point can be selected according to the specified flow and head.

Convenient Operation and Maintenance

The integrated submersible arrangement reduces civil construction requirements and makes the pump suitable for automatic pumping-station operation.
